Payment Methods
We accept cash deposit, bank transfer or credit card payment by PayPal (Visa, Master and Discover card only). All reservation must be paid in full prior to service delivery. If additional fee occur during the service, will requires settled within 7 days after the service is completed.

Confirmation of Reservation
Once you have received our “Booking Confirmation” via email. Please deposit the full service payment to our bank account, and send us the deposit slip via email or fax. Or, if you have chosen Paypal credit card payment through the online booking form, the full service payment will be debited to your provided credit card. Booking Confirmation will be sent to you via email within 3 working days after the full payment being made.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requires to made 12 hours (HK Airport/local transfer) / 24 hours (HK on-hire service) prior to arrival/scheduled pick-up time, the paid amount is fully refundable (if your card is not a HK$ card, it may have slightly difference subject to the exchange rate). Failure to do so, it will be considered as ” NO SHOW”, the paid amount is fully NON-REFUNDABLE.
*Cancellation must be acknowledged by Essence.com Limited via email. If not, the paid amount is fully NON-REFUNDABLE.

Change Policy
Change requires to make 12 hours (HK Airport/local transfer) / 24 hours (HK on-hire service) prior to arrival/scheduled pick-up time. Failure to do so, it will be considered as “NO SHOW”, the paid amount is fully NON-REFUNDABLE.
*Change must be acknowledged by Essence.com Limited via email. If not, the paid amount is fully NON-REFUNDABLE.

No-show Policy
If you have not shown up or contacted us by phone after 60 minutes from the plane arrived gate (Hong Kong Airport arrival) with your provided flight information for pick up from Airport OR 15 minutes for pick up to Airport and your preferred pick-up time for On-hire service, you will be considered as no-show. The paid amount is fully NON-REFUNDABLE.

Waiting Time Policy
HK Airport transfer – 60 minutes from plane arrived gate as free.
HK On-hire service – 15 minutes from scheduled pick-up time as free. Thereafter, waiting fee HK$100 per 15 minutes will be charged.

On Hire Policy
Minimum of 3 hours rental for the itinerary within urban area (HK Island and Kowloon Peninsula), 4 hours for New Territories/HK Chek Lap Kok Airport.
Every 16 minutes to 60 minutes will be charged as 1 hour.
Bridge, tunnel and parking fee are excluded from the rental fee, it will be charged at actual consumption basis after the service is completed.

Vehicle Upgrade Policy
Essence.com Limited reserves the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accommodate a customer’s reservation at no charge to the customer if deemed necessary by Essence.com Limited.

Lost or Damaged
Maximum claims for baggage loss or damage: HK$ 100.
Essence.com Limited reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found.

Uncontrollable Acts
We do not responsible for circumstances that are beyond our control; including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, etc.
